How we handle your data

Draft for the pilot. Last updated 9 October 2026.

What we get from Google

You sign in with your Google account. From Google we receive your name and email address, and nothing else. We do not read your calendar, your email or your files.

What we store

  • Your name, email, timezone and weekly time slot.
  • The written transcript of each interview.
  • Your wiki: the pages we write from those transcripts.

What we do not do

  • We do not keep the audio of your interviews.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models.
  • We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
  • The people running the pilot can see that a session happened, not what was said.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the product: Google (sign-in), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), ElevenLabs (the voice conversation, and the short briefing your companion is given before it, which is written from your wiki), Anthropic (the AI models that write your briefing, wiki and reflection), and Resend (email). Each receives only what it needs for that job.

Anthropic keeps the text we send it, and what its models write back, for up to 30 days and then deletes it. It does not use them to train its models.

Your controls

You can export your transcripts and wiki, or delete your account and everything in it, at any time. Deleting your account removes your data from our database.
